Key Responsibilities:
制定并执行针对伊拉克上游石油和天然气运营商的业务发展策略。Develop and execute business development strategies targeting upstream oil & gas operators across Iraq.
识别并评估钻井产品及服务领域的新机遇,包括资质认证、合作伙伴关系、招标项目及直接销售。Identify and qualify new opportunities in drilling products & services, including qualifications, partnerships, tenders, and direct sales.
建立并维护运营商、钻井承包商及关键决策者的数据库。Map and maintain a database of operators, drilling contractors, and key decision-makers.
向目标客户的技术和销售团队展示并推广公司产品及解决方案。Present and promote products and solutions to technical and commercial teams of target clients.
监测市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求,以制定商业策略。Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy.
与内部技术和销售团队合作,定制提案和解决方案。Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to tailor proposals and solutions.
代表公司参加行业活动、贸易展会及客户会议。Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Experience:
在石油和天然气上游行业拥有至少8至10年的业务开发、销售或战略相关经验。 Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy in the oil & gas upstream sector. 在钻井领域具备扎实的专业知识和丰富经验,对伊拉克的招标流程有深入了解。Strong knowledge and experience in the drilling segment as well as tendering process in Iraq.
在伊拉克拥有丰富的成功经验,并已建立起由本地及国际运营商组成的成熟网络。
Proven track record in Iraq, with an established network of local and international operators.
需具备在跨国公司工作的相关经验。Prior experience working in multinational corporations is required.
能适应频繁出差伊拉克。
Comfortable with frequent travel across Iraq.
