Business Development Manager (International Trade)

We’re looking for a remote Business Development Manager in the B2B professional services industry.
Our client is a growth-focused organization that partners with mid-sized and enterprise businesses to deliver high-impact solutions that drive measurable results. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business, engaging senior decision-makers, and owning the sales process from first contact through close.
Business Development Manager responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking Initiate conversations with C-suite executives and senior leaders to uncover needs and create interest Apply a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiation and closing Develop strong, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and partnerships Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue targets
The successful candidate has: 3–5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales or business development. Selling Services preferred. Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated success selling to senior-level and C-suite stakeholders A strong hunter mentality with confidence in outbound calling and prospecting Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $70,000 – $80,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission structure. 1st year OTE of $150,000. Comprehensive benefits package Remote role with robust training program
