Job DescriptionJoin our high-performing team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, home to one of Australia’s most iconic golf courses, and Elysia Wellness Retreat. This is a unique chance to combine your love for golf with strategic sales and business growth.
In this role, you’ll drive revenue, secure new opportunities, and position our resorts as premier destinations for golf and sporting groups. You’ll build strong client relationships, create targeted sales strategies, and represent us at key events across the golf and sporting industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow the Golf & Sporting Groups segment through proactive sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.Manage key accounts across golf, sports clubs, schools, and leisure travel.Collaborate with resort teams to optimise group bookings and ensure exceptional guest experiences.Represent the resorts at tournaments, trade shows, and networking events.Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and deliver revenue targets.Qualifications3–5 years’ sales experience in the golf industry with strong market knowledge.Proven record in revenue growth, client acquisition, and business development.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage varied audiences.Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.Problem-solving mindset with proactive solution delivery.Team player who aligns with broader business goals.Professional presentation, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for golf.Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
