❖ Role Objective To support the firm’s growth by identifying, initiating, and developing business opportunities across selected high‑value sectors and by promoting key service offerings to large corporates and institutional clients.
❖ Target Sectors - Public, Private & Co‑operative Banks - NBFCs - Charitable & Religious Trusts - Infrastructure Companies - Insurance Companies - Manufacturing Companies (₹100+ crore turnover) - Entertainment & Media Companies
❖ Key Service Areas to Promote - Audits of AI‑based Financial Statements - Centralized & Statutory Bank Audits - Audit of Charitable Trusts - IFRS Implementation & Reporting - Interim/Quarterly Financial Reporting - Scrutiny/Assessment Cases under Income Tax & GST
❖ Core Responsibilities
Business Development: - Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and databases. –
Connect with senior decision makers like CFOs, Finance Controllers, Trustees, etc. - Arrange meetings between prospects and partners. - Prepare, share, and follow up on proposals and capability decks. - Maintain a structured prospect pipeline with CRM tools.
Marketing & Outreach: - Execute corporate visibility and outreach activities. - Coordinate webinars, seminars, and sector-focused events. - Assist in brochures, presentations, and marketing content. - Strengthen presence via targeted LinkedIn and digital outreach. Internal Coordination: - Work closely with partners to understand service offerings. - Support RFPs, tenders, and audit empanelments. - Ensure smooth coordination between BD and service teams.
Market Intelligence: - Track industry trends and regulatory changes. - Monitor tender notifications and institutional audit opportunities.
❖ Qualifications & Skills - Graduate; MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred. –
3–7 years of experience in marketing/corporate sales/Business Development. - Strong communication & presentation skills. - Experience in BFSI/consulting preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn outreach & CRM tools.
❖ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Number & quality of meetings with target clients. - Opportunities generated and pipeline strength. - Support in proposal conversions. - Outreach campaigns executed.
