Job Purpose
To expand business opportunities in the Banking & Financial Services sector across the DACH region. This role focuses on driving lead generation, relationship-building, and delivering digital transformation solutions that address industry-specific needs.
Location
Munich, Germany (Hybrid – Office located between Nymphenburg and Olympiapark)
Reporting Line: Business Development Director
Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Banking & Financial Services industry Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Attend relevant industry events and track market trends Leverage LinkedIn and similar platforms to connect with potential leads Manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities simultaneously Write tailored proposals and present to prospective clients Coordinate targeted marketing campaigns with internal enablement teams Balance independent work with strategic team collaboration Contribute to long-term positioning and go-to-market strate Key Qualifications & Skill Set
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred) Experience:
Experience in business development within the Banking & Financial Services sector Proven success in designing and delivering bespoke solutions or digital transformation projects Familiarity or interest in software engineering and agile environments Experience working with multi-national or distributed teams (nearshoring exposure a plus) Technical Skills:
Understanding of digital platforms and solution-oriented sales CRM and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn) Soft Skills:
