Business Development Manager - Energy Offshore
Job Description Responsibilities:
Drive overall growth and development of assigned Energy Offshore clientele, including both new and existing accounts. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the offshore energy sector, including but not limited to Oilfield Services, FPSO, FSRU, OSVs, Industrial Projects and all Energy Offshore related clientele. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and account retention. Sell and promote integrated services to clients, with an emphasis on delivering tailored solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Requirements:
Proven track record in business development or account management within Energy, Offshore, or related industries. Knowledge of Logistics and Shipping preferred, with the ability to position integrated services to clients. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
