We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development team within Digital Services. In this strategic role, you will drive growth by shaping demand generation strategies, guiding lead qualification processes, and mentoring a high-performing team. Leadership & Strategy:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Business Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strategic Planning: Define and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline growth. Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide coaching to achieve targets.Data Management & Insights:
CRM Governance: Oversee accurate and timely updates of lead and opportunity data, ensuring integrity and actionable insights. Analytics & Reporting: Deliver advanced reporting on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to inform executive decisions.Business Development Excellence:
Lead Strategy: Drive lead sourcing, qualification, and nurturing strategies to maximize conversion. Pipeline Optimization: Identify growth opportunities across Digital Services, have the initial client discussions to qualify leads and ensure timely follow-up by the team. Thought Leadership: Contribute to high-value content and industry insights that position PwC as a trusted advisor.Market Intelligence:
Research & Analysis: Conduct advanced market and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions. Trend Forecasting: Provide actionable insights on emerging technologies and industry developments.Campaign and Market Engagement:
Campaign Leadership: Direct planning and execution of demand generation activities for Digital Services (webinars, conferences, workshops, digital outreach). Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Marketing & Communications and external vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.About You
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, demand generation, or sales strategy, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, set KPIs, and drive performance.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems and advanced Excel for data modeling.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and campaigns in fast-paced environments.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
Background in technology or digital services is highly desirable.
