Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing

Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for generating business from data center segmentIdentify Opportunities for sales of semiconductor active, Interconnect passives & Electromechanical, relevant solutions and products represented by Arrow. Work Closely with sales and Tech support team to convert opportunities to businessFormulating, reviewing, and reporting on the business development division’s strategy; ensuring strategic objectives are clearly understood and effectively executed by the team, thereby driving organizational profitability through sound strategic and tactical decision-making and new business development.Collaborative Team player with growth mindsetUnderstand market opportunities and competition and specify market requirements for current and future products and deliver requirement documents, concepts, and workflow to the development teams.Closely work with Arrow Franchised Suppliers specific to data centers on Promotions of their Products  Collaborate with the sales team, prospects, and current customers for feedback on current / future products. Provide the sales team with training and technical knowledge to help sell the product.Works collaboratively between sales, development, operations, and marketingGuides others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures.Serves as an expert within own discipline.

Job Complexity

Is accountable for the performance of the Segment KPI. Strategy and Planning to Grow Supplier customer Base across India for desired segmentAdapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.Exceptional Problem-solving abilities and Attention to DetailsProven track record of driving Revenue growth building strong Relationship with supplier and Promoting Products to the Target Market.Ability to Make the Marketing presentation, communication skills and Negotiation skills.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering; an MBA is preferred.10+ years' relevant work experienceAbility to learn & working with principles to the market.Must be able to work independently and work well with the cross-functional teamsEffective verbal and written communication to interface at all levels within the organizationStrong sense of urgency to meet business requirements on scheduleExperience in working with international and cross-functional teams
