The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth of our drug testing device portfolio across safety-critical industries.
 This is a true hunter role, focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work autonomously in the field, engaging customers in industries where risk mitigation, compliance, and workforce safety are critical, including mining, construction, transport, and industrial sectors.You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, building a strong and sustainable pipeline of new customers across Australia.Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities nationwideBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline through self-generated leadConduct on-site customer meetings, product demonstrations, and trialsEngage with key stakeholders including safety managers, operational leaders, HR, and procurementManage the full sales cycleConsistently meet or exceed new business revenue targetsMaintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management in SalesforceCollaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and ongoing needsSupport sales administration activities including pricing, quotations, and order processingEstablish and maintain trusted relationships within safety-critical industries
Minimum skills requirementProven B2B sales experience within health and safety, industrial, or regulatedenvironmentsDemonstrated success in new business development and territory growthStrong prospecting and pipeline-building capabilityHigh resilience, persistence, and a competitive mindsetConfidence engaging senior stakeholders in operational and safety-focused roles
