About the Role
This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity to build and scale the Philippines market for advanced AI-powered fleet safety and video telematics solutions. You will own the complete business development cycle—from market entry strategy to revenue generation—while acting as the on-ground leader driving growth, partnerships, and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Sales Execution
Build and own the Philippines sales pipeline Identify and acquire large fleet customers across logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, and transportation sectors Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for rapid growth2. Partnerships & Channel Development
Identify, onboard, and manage reseller and channel partners Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives and account plans Build relationships with industry bodies and associations to strengthen market presence3. Account Management & Growth
Manage key client relationships post-sale Ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities4. Reporting & Strategic Collaboration
Provide regular updates on pipeline, deals, and market insights Share competitive intelligence and customer feedback to shape product and pricing strategy Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting cadenceRequirements
Must-Have:
5–10 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in fleet, logistics, IoT, or automotive tech) Strong network within the Philippines logistics/fleet ecosystem Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a hunter role Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in solution selling to both operational and C-level stakeholdersGood to Have:
Experience with ADAS, DMS, telematics, or video-based safety solutions Existing relationships with major fleet operators Knowledge of local transport regulations and compliance frameworks Experience building reseller/channel networks Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldWhat You’ll Get
