Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description

Join our dynamic team dedicated to supporting program operations through resource coordination and cross-team collaboration. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining vendor relationships and acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects. Your responsibilities will include managing project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgets while ensuring efficient communication across business units.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.Set up project and work breakdown structures.Establish and document business processes.Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against potential budget overruns, and offer solutions.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in M365, including Excel, Office, and Teams.Strong data analytics skills.Ability to handle repetitive tasks and collaborate across teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.2-4 years of experience required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel; enterprise application experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, accepting candidates from any U.S. time zone, with a preference for Dallas, though not required. The role does not necessitate onsite presence. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with a potential for extension depending on team transitions.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
