Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by securing high-value contracts within the Records Management and Digital Solutions sectors across Sweden. You will act as a strategic hunter, identifying untapped market opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships that align with our global growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Drive New Business Growth: Identify and secure new logo accounts and expand the portfolio of existing clients by delivering tailored Records Management and Digital Solutions.

Collaborate for Success: Partner with pre-sales, operations, and customer care teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and achieve ambitious digital revenue targets.

Ensure Commercial Excellence: Lead complex negotiations and develop winning sales strategies to ensure pricing and contracts align with organizational standards and profitability goals.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years of experience in B2B solution sales or business development, specifically within the Swedish market.

Strong knowledge of complex digital transformation solutions and the local Swedish business landscape.

Proven ability in C-level stakeholder management, high-stakes negotiations, and global cross-border collaboration.

Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory for this role.
