Description

Identifying and prospecting leads through contacting via phone and email: Property Owners, Controllers, Tax Managers, Property Managers and CFO’sPresenting services to executive levels of organizations

Within a 3 month time period assuming a business development manager role, assigned to identify and close business opportunities and sell real estate and services in a defined geographic territory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred within business related fieldMinimum 3-5 years sales expertise in a business to business environmentDemonstrated ability and comfort to prospects, establish appointments via phone and sell in person

 May involve up to 35% travel once final territory is determined as a BDM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
