Job Description
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with Business Unit Leader and Sales Coordinator to define growth strategy and target markets.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities.
Own the RFI/RFP process, crafting customized, client-focused proposals and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams and supply partners to build differentiated solutions.
Manage client site visits, presentations, and workshops.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Ensure governance and approval processes are followed for all new opportunities.
Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline activity and sales metrics.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market innovations.
Mentor and support the onboarding and development of Sales Coordinators.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and contribute to business development strategy.
Communicate regularly with Business Unit Leader and Sales Director to align on sales activities and opportunities.

Skills and Requirements
Proven track record in business development or sales (minimum 5 years).
Strong understanding of facilities management or related industries.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint is a plus.
Strategic thinker with a creative approach to solution development.
Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Comfortable with travel and occasional out-of-hours work.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
