**Business Development Manager (Corporate) – KSA** **Location: Saudi Arabia** **Application Requirement:** This role is open to **Saudi Nationals only** in alignment with local hiring policies. **.** **About the Role** Pearson is seeking a **Business Development Manager** to drive sales and expand our presence in the **corporate training and upskilling sector** in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. This role focuses on **selling Pearson’s English learning programs, assessments, and workforce development solutions** while building strong relationships with **corporate clients, government agencies, and industry bodies** . **Key Responsibilities** **Sales & Business Development** + Own and achieve **corporate sector sales targets** in Saudi Arabia. + Develop and execute strategies for **direct sales** to corporates and partnerships with key stakeholders. + Strengthen Pearson’s **visibility and network** in the corporate learning ecosystem. **Market & Strategic Insights** + Understand **government initiatives and workforce development priorities** in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. + Identify corporate sector needs in **English learning, training, and upskilling** for both government and private enterprises. + Provide **market intelligence** to shape Pearson’s corporate learning solutions. **Sales Tracking & CRM Management** + Track and report **sales performance by account and product** using a consultative approach. + Ensure **effective CRM usage** , maintaining accurate data on key contacts and accounts. **What We’re Looking For** **Application Requirement:** This role is open to **Saudi Nationals only** in alignment with local hiring policies. **Essential Skills & Experience** **7–10 years of B2B sales experience** in training, education, or workforce development. Strong **corporate and government sector relationships** in Saudi Arabia. **Proven track record** in institutional sales and consultative selling. Experience with **SaaS solutions** or digital learning platforms. Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills** . **Entrepreneurial mindset** , proactive approach, and ability to work independently. Strong **understanding of corporate decision-making and procurement processes** . **Education & Technical Skills** **Bachelor’s degree** (required); MBA preferred. Proficiency in **MS Office** (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
