The ideal candidate will use their initiative and sales skills to increase revenue by establishing new referral sources, maintaining and building relationships with current referral sources, and managing marketing and PR efforts. Call on healthcare facilities, social workers, attorneys, physicians, clinics, families and eldercare facilities in order to generate sales for both private duty homecare and medical staffing. Discovers the needs of prospective referral sources and clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our services. Educates referral sources about BSC services. Overcome objectives during outbound sales calls. Driving brand awareness, and creating nurturing relationships through face-to-face contact, social media, direct marketing and networking with professional referral sources and other health care providers in the Union County, NJ area. Develop and manage digital and social media marketing efforts through Zoho CRM and SOCi. Manage book of business in Zoho CRM and proprietary ERP software. Prepare weekly and/or periodic reports showing critical success factors. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media and lead generation campaigns. Meet and exceed established sales targets. Conduct living room visits; meet with key clients and maintain relationships by further developing preferred partner relationships with proven referral sources. Manage advertising and marketing efforts Develop marketing plan for new or existing territory Join and attend area networking and chamber groups Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Seek, develop and participate in marketing and public relation opportunities in the community Establish and maintain working rapport with health care professionals in the territory Other duties assignedRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or communications, preferred Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts A minimum of one year experience in the home healthcare industry, preferred Experience with public speaking (in addition to presentation skills). Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving Demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting Comfortable with closing/asking for business Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community Excellent written and oral skills Results-driven mindset with a drive to achieve success Excellent time management skills demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and set prioritiesThis position requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance
