What you’ll doYou will be responsible for the identification and development of new commercial opportunities that extend Vodafone Greece’s footprint beyond traditional connectivity. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the design and execution of innovative propositions and strategic partnerships. The scope includes developing and scaling strategic partnerships with third parties, identifying inorganic growth opportunities (e.g. acquisitions), design and execute new innovative revenue streams, and managing key B2C loyalty collaborations.
Identify & validate new business opportunities aligned with Vodafone’s strategic direction.Design and launch of innovative propositions across verticalsAlign key stakeholders and external partners to pilot and scale new initiativesIdentify and validate future-facing business opportunities aligned with market trends and Vodafone’s strategic ambitionEffectively manage, negotiate and set up third-party partnerships within Vodafone’s loyalty and engagement ecosystem to enhance customer value.Who you are 6+ years of experience in business development, innovation, or strategic partnerships, ideally in telecom, tech, or fintech, start up community, VCsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; postgraduate studies (e.g. MBA) are a plus.Experience in launching new ventures, products, or services within dynamic industriesStrong background in deal negotiation, ecosystem building, and value proposition designStrong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development, P&L management and value modeling.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.Not a perfect fit?
