Based in Washington, D.C. This key position is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the hard services-led facilities management sector. You’ll be part of a visionary organization that values innovation, inclusion, and professional development. **What you will do** •Lead all aspects of business development and sales pursuits, from lead generation to contract negotiation. •Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed growth targets. •Build and maintain long-term relationships with new, existing, and prospective clients. •Identify and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities across existing and new markets. •Represent CBRE at industry events and networking functions to elevate the company’s profile. •Support re-bids and variations for existing clients, ensuring continuity and client satisfaction. •Collaborate with leadership to align sales efforts with business goals and market needs. •Deliver high-quality sales documents and compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders. **What you will need** •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. •A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales or business development within the facilities management, hard services, or service provider industry. •8–10 years of total experience in sales, business development, or consulting preferred. •Strong background in commercial real estate and facilities management. •Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a detail-oriented and methodical approach. •Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment. •Advanced analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex documents and develop strategic solutions. •A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
