**Must be based in California to support local teams with preference for Los Angeles area**
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Drive Growth:** Proactively uncover and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and high-impact networking with key OEM partners
+ **Strengthen OEM Partnerships:** Build, expand, and nurture deep relationships with OEM sales leaders, field sales, and channel teams across a defined group of high-value strategic partners. (Bonus points if you already know them!)
+ **Align for Success:** Collaborate cross-functionally with alliance management and sales teams to synchronize business development initiatives and unlock scalable growth
+ **Make the Pitch Impossible to Ignore:** Craft and deliver persuasive, tailored proposals and presentations that spark interest and clearly differentiate our value to OEM partners
+ **Close with Confidence:** Lead negotiations, seal the deal, and structure agreements that meet strategic objectives—backed by a strong understanding of incentive programs and a track record of getting results
+ **Keep Eyes on the Prize:** Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and pipeline health to guide business decisions and optimize results
+ **Be Our Brand Ambassador:** Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, leaving a lasting impression and creating new opportunities
**Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field or related experience
+ 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
+ Experience in selling Advanced Technology, End User technology, Software and AAS solutions
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
+ Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for building relationships
+ Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital marketing strategies
**Wage Range** **:** The annual starting salary for this position is between $110,000-130,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
**Other Compensation** **:**
This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan.
