Job Description
The Business Unit Manager will lead all sales and business development efforts for the engine remanufacturing division. This role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue and gross margin growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, accounting) and external partners to expand presence in both OEM and non-OEM markets. This is a strategic, high-impact role with a clear path to succession planning, eventually taking over responsibilities currently held by a senior leader. The role includes a 6-month onboarding and shadowing period and requires up to 40% travel.
