Location: Nevada or Arizona (Travel required)

Our client is an industry leader in designing and manufacturing specialized heavy equipment attachments for OEMs across construction, mining, forestry, scrap recycling, road maintenance, and other resource sectors. With decades of innovation and proven performance, they are now seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand their footprint across the Pacific Southwest. What You’ll Be Part Of: A well-established and fast-growing organization with a strong industry reputation An innovative team that values technical expertise, collaboration, and customer impact A company with long-tenured employees and a strong culture of support and development What’s In It for You: Competitive base salary ($90000 - $100000) + generous bonus/commission structure Car allowance + gas card Comprehensive benefits Clear path for career growth Majority of travel is local (~2 weeks overnight travel/month) What You’ll Do: Lead new business development efforts across AZ and NV, primarily in mining and forestry sectors Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and end-users Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and present tailored solutions — both off-the-shelf and custom-manufactured Collaborate with manufacturing, sales leadership, and product teams to provide accurate quotes and close deals Understand client needs and confidently communicate technical benefits of products Drive strategic market expansion while maintaining a handful of existing accounts Analyze market trends, track KPIs, and provide actionable reports to senior management What You Bring: Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, construction, mining, or related industrial sectors A solid understanding of equipment attachments and applications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to "speak the language" of heavy industry professionals Self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
