\nABOUT THE ROLE :
\nTo attract and develop customers business within the Chinese (and South East Asian) Business Community in the country, to support the growth of DHL market share. Achieve individual sales targets while meeting key customer needs. Providing the channels with industry knowledge and expertise. Providing business intelligence and shaping solutions to gain more business.
\nYOUR TASKS :
\n\nAct as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner\nEnsure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers & Create relationships of value and substance.\nWorking with a consultative approach to create value by building solutions that position DHL as a partner &Ensure that all stakeholders are engaged throughout the sales process.\nDevelop and implement a personal plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business to achieve the individual sales (volume and profitability) targets, working with the sales team to develop strategy to grow e-commerce business at a territory level.\nManage and develop a portfolio of prospects through building a strong opportunity pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are met\nEstablish customer agreements and ensure that pricing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met. Ensure those customers’ prices are reviewed on regular basis and whenever any discrepancy arises between actual and promised volumes a re-negotiation takes place\nMeet and exceed New Business Targets through acquisition of competitor held accounts\nUpdate Daily Sales Call Report and. Ensure that all calls are entered and that the pipeline is updated\nAttend various business community events as a brand ambassador & grow the profile of DHL within the communities members.\nDevelop and implement an approach to secure competitors and prospects business in the shortest time possible. Establish Prospects pipeline to support this approach and target them accordingly\nExploit all new opportunities from potential customers (provided by the lead qualifier as well as self generated sales leads) ensuring a maximum penetration of DHL within the desired market.\nPromote DHL brand image and values through own appearance and behaviour so that it reflects DHL high standardsand develops customers’ relationship\nYOUR PROFILE :
\n\n5 years experience in hard core sales\nEnglish and Mandarin fluent .\nExcellent Selling Skills in a complex sale environment\nBusiness/commercial acumen\nNegotiation Skills\nExperience in an enterprise selling environment at board level\nExperience in a segmented service industry\nExperience in the Air Express industry or freight forward industry\nUnderstanding of Supply Chain Management\nStrong ability to impact and influence\nGood networking skills\nExcellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal style\nExcellent interpersonal understanding\nStrong achievement drive and initiative\nExcellent communication skills\nMarket industry knowledge\nExcellent industry knowledge of e-commerce industry\nUniversity level, Business Degree\nResponsibility for revenue generation either through developing existing customers or new acquisitions.\nA portfolio should be built from the target market that should grow consistently year on year.\n
