We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our team and support gaming partnerships. This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive a visible impact with a large game studio known for its millions of players. You will work closely with senior Business Development managers throughout the full lifecycle of partnership contracts, from negotiation to compliance, ensuring effective management and documentation.
ResponsibilitiesSupport senior Business Development managers in executing and managing partnership contracts for gaming, ensuring timely processing and compliance.Assist with the preparation of negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational tasks throughout all deal stages.Ensure proper filing of agreements and all relevant documentation in the contracts system and on SharePoint.Use PaymentCentral system and internal finance tools to manage supplier setup and payment requests to partners as needed.Execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for new partnerships where none exist.Maintain the Licensed Downloadable Content (DLC) rights tracker and other team trackers, monitoring upcoming expiry dates to ensure compliance.Support the external partnerships proposals triage and response process.Contribute to team initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline and optimize Business Development processes.Essential SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in project and task management.Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders.High attention to detail in managing complex processes and experience with managing legal contracts.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business management, liberal arts, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably 8 years, or experience in a paralegal role within the gaming or entertainment industry.Experience working with legal contracts, finance, and legal teams on time-sensitive deals, ensuring policy compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource planning.Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid role requiring work onsite three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) at our Redmond, WA campus. The setting is a large, fast-paced professional office environment. Standard equipment will be provided by the supplier, and the role follows a 40-hour workweek with no overtime.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $54.00/hr.
