We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to play a key role in growing our Tax Pooling Solutions (TPS) offering. This is a client-facing role, where you’ll work directly with clients and intermediaries, progress real opportunities, and see the commercial impact of your work. 

You’ll be trusted to build relationships, drive conversations, and contribute meaningfully to business growth, while working alongside experienced members of the TPS team. The role offers strong market exposure, clear accountability, and the chance to build recognised expertise in tax pooling as you continue to grow your career in tax and business development. 

In this role, you will: 

Identify and progress opportunities in tax pooling, turning early conversations into real outcomes. 

Build relationships and generate interest through proactive outreach and follow-up (including cold calling where appropriate). 

Help shape proposals and client materials that clearly explain value and solve client problems. 

Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues across the business. 

Grow your technical and commercial understanding of tax pooling and provisional tax while contributing to practical client solutions.

Background in tax, accounting, or finance, with experience working with provisional tax. 

Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and spot opportunities. 

Confident communicator who builds credibility and relationships with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues. 

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple priorities. 

Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, with the confidence to initiate and progress conversations.
