Job: Business Development Manager – F&B

Location: Amman - Jordan

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and implement growth strategies for restaurant brands.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

Oversee sales performance, cost control, and operational improvements.

Work closely with restaurant managers to enhance customer experience.

Lead promotional activities, branding initiatives, and new product launches.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform decisions.

Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and business evaluations.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in business development within F&B or hospitality.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Deep knowledge of the Jordanian F&B market.

Ability to analyze financial data and operational KPIs.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English and Arabic.
