The Opportunity
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow the company’s footprint in Canada’s energy sector—especially within oil, gas, and mining. You’ll focus on driving adoption of our innovative insulation solutions through strategic sales, relationship-building, and technical expertise.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new opportunities with EPCs, contractors, and end-users Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in oil and gas and other markets Build relationships with key decision-makers in the energy sector Act as a product expert and resource for customers and the sales team Travel throughout Canada to support customer engagements and attend industry eventsWhat You Bring
5+ years of experience in sales or business development in energy, oil, gas, or mining Solid understanding of insulation applications and engineering principles helpful Strong sales acumen and track record of exceeding targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Bilingualism (English/French) is an assetWhy Join Us
Remuneration for this position will consist of a base salary of $100-105K, a bonus program, a comprehensive benefit package including paid time off in addition to career advancement and professional development opportunities.
