Business Development Manager, Rewards

Amazon is looking for a Business Development Manager to scale the Amazon Pay Rewards Ads program among internal and external advertisers. This individual will be key to success of scaling Rewards revenue stream by monetizing this service, through conceptualizing, pitching and executing various revenue models, driving key metrics such as onboarding 3P Brands, driving adoption of rewards capabilities among the advertisers, driving key business objectives efficiently.
This role has direct exposure to senior leaders in Amazon and requires thought-leadership, ability to pitch new concepts to senior stakeholders, good analytical skills, relationship management and strategic negotiation skills. This role is based in Bangalore.
Key job responsibilities
. Create and execute a GTM playbook for Amazon Pay Rewards Ads
. Onboard and scale large enterprise and agency advertisers for revenue growth
. Grow existing advertisers with strong account management strategies
. Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
. Educate advertisers and internal stakeholders on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results
. Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data
. Develop annual media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives
