Based in our **Bangkok, Thailand** , you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales for **sanitary and industrial heating systems/compressors** . This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales strategy and market intelligence to expand Copeland’s presence in the sanitary and industrial segments, across **Southeast Asia (SEA)** . **AS A** **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, HEATING, SOUTHEAST ASIA** **, YOU WILL:** + Engage with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and facility managers to introduce solutions. + Build and nurture partnerships with distributors, installers, and industry influencers. + Generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, trade shows and digital outreach and identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities. + Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and penetration. + Analyze market trends, and customer needs together with regional marketing, product, technical team and vertical supervisors, on a regular basis. + Liaise with product and engineering teams to develop/refine product offerings (high-temp industrial applications) based on customer requirement. + Understand regulatory and compliance factors affecting applications, installations and specifications. + Work closely with the sales team in other SEA countries to align marketing and sales goals as well as proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations. + Train internal teams on business development goals, new products, and market intelligence. + Maintain/update records of pipeline activities in Salesforce (CRM system), deliver periodic reports on progress against sales activities, client feedback, and market shifts. + Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. **REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:** + Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics. + Minimum eight (8) years’ working experience in technical sales & site work with major reputable OEMs, Distributors, contractors, or end-users. + Extensive experience in HVACR or Mechanical or Refrigeration. + Strong knowledge of Heating systems and/or Industrial boilers with good analytical skills. + Possess good positive attitude and effective approach to enhance values to support customers. + Ability to take initiatives, plan, strategize and drive results. + Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Thai and English and good listening and computer skills. + Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and a problem solver. + Ability to travel domestically and oversea + Legal authorization to work in Thailand – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role. **Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:** This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week.
