Job Description We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Leader (BDL) to spearhead growth initiatives within the Data Center market. This role demands a strong grasp of the data center ecosystem—including colocation providers, hyperscalers, integrators, and mission-critical infrastructure partners—paired with technical expertise and business insight. The BDL will be responsible for crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and qualifying new project opportunities, and aligning cross-functional teams to meet market demands. Acting as a subject matter expert, the BDL will also support sales efforts, represent the company at industry events, and drive engagement with strategic customers and projects. Skills and Requirements - Engineering or Business Bachelors Degree - 3+ Years of experience in engineering or sales with transformers in the power/energy industry - Sales experience within the Data Center market - Switchgear and substations acumen
