Business Development Lead, Food Service & Alternate Channels - MY/SG

Make It With Pride.** The Business Development Manager is accountable for delivering revenue, sales fundamentals and profitability objectives of the Away From Home (AFH) channels via managing and developing customer partnership and relations. The manager is also responsible for planning, implementing, tracking and evaluating the business growth and development plan as well as leading the talent development of direct reports and regional sales force. **How you will contribute** You will: • Accountable for delivering revenue and volume targets by focusing on sales drivers (distribution, collaboration with key customers, recruits new clients). • Support Trade Marketing with input to plan and recommend appropriate resources to effectively deliver on agreed targets and plans • Accountable for effective control and spending of trade funds to achieve optimal results within budget • Responsible for leading and management of customer partnerships to deliver the joint business plans • Responsible for ongoing monitoring of RTM effectiveness and recommend changes if any, to consistently achieve sales and distribution targets. • Coach, lead and develop the team to ensure high levels of performance and retain talents. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Extensive experience with minimum 5 years in FMCG with food service channel + Experience of managing food service distributors + Considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International performs. + Experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople + Strong organizational and analytical skills + Excellent communication and interacting skills + Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes + Perseverance and attention to details No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is in five countries serving 19 markets with more than 18 nationalities and 7,500 employees.
