Business Development Lead, EU

This is a hybrid role requiring two days in person (every Tuesday & Wednesday) at our London based office in Soho. 

About the Role

As Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for translating Taskrabbit’s Global External Partnerships strategy to a regional go-to-market plan that considers the needs and dynamics of Taskrabbit’s European market. You’ll pitch Taskrabbit’s services to potential B2B partners, bringing them onboard, and nurture TaskRabbit’s relationship with active partners. You’ll also work with partners with across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure the success and growth of Taskrabbit’s European partners.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about TaskRabbit and the sharing economy, has experience in business development and partner management, has strong communication skills, and a very collaborative approach in reaching the needed results.

What You'll Work on Build, socialise and execute a go-to-market strategy that accelerates partner revenue growth in Europe Identify, segment, prioritise, and contact businesses who could benefit from a partnership with Taskrabbit, and the utilisation of the services offered by Taskers on our platform Pitch the TaskRabbit value proposition to prospective partners, help them to understand how our platform works, and what it can offer to them and their customers Manage relationships and communication with existing partners, connecting with them regularly to create incremental value for both parties Analyse and report on performance, and share with key stakeholders leading to real business actions Prioritise, execute, and influence performance improvement actions, both internally and externally Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies to achieve your aims and hit your OKRs Your Areas of Expertise London-based or commuting distance (2 days in office) Min 5 years professional experience, preferably in one or more of: sales, business development, and/or account management Comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience working in a startup is a plus Outstanding communication and relationship building skills Analytical and operational execution skills This is a role that will require occasional travel. It is a hybrid role with some days spent working from home, and others in an office in central London Compensation & Benefits: 

At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable.  total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is £78,000 - £105,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
