Business Development Head/Manager – 3PL & Micro-Fulfillment (Dark Stores)
Position: Business Development Manager – Fulfillment & Warehousing Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 8+ years
Industry: Logistics, Warehousing, 3PL, Quick Commerce   Key Responsibilities:

 

Drive new business across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and quick commerce sectors.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve growth targets. Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth operational handovers. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored warehousing solutions. Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing strategies. Foster long-term relationships and unlock upsell opportunities.   What We’re Looking For:

 

8+ years of experience in 3PL, warehousing, or fulfillment sales. Strong network with decision-makers in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, pharma, etc. Proven expertise in handling RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.   Key Metrics:
