**The Opportunity**
Abbott Toxicology is seeking a Workplace Business Development Executive to join our team in the Northeast Region (NC, SC, VA, DC, MD, PA, NY, MA). This role focuses on generating new business within National Accounts for Employer Toxicology and Occupational Health services. As a trusted leader in workplace drug testing and occupational health, Abbott helps organizations foster safe, healthy, and productive environments.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Drive new business growth and meet annual sales targets
+ Identify and engage new enterprise clients and channel partners, including Fortune 1000 companies, background screening firms, TPAs, distributors, and OEMs
+ Lead outreach initiatives and represent Abbott at industry events and tradeshows
+ Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities using Salesforce.com and other tools
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 7+ years of sales or business development experience with large, complex clients (e.g., Fortune 1000, Integrated Health Networks)
+ Proven success in prospecting and winning new business (Hunter mindset)
+ Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%, including overnight
+ Strong solution-selling and contract negotiation skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in workplace drug testing, occupational health services, background screening, human capital management, or healthcare

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
