General Description

 

Lead the Certification Department; formulate, implement and coordinate policies regarding certification operation; design and manage methods for maximizing current and future procedures; be responsible for achieving annual sales objective and developing new business; responsible for-Profit results of the BU.

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

Execute Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC) Vietnam’s sales strategies and policies. Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base. Maintain and update customer information accurately in the sales system (CRM). Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Operational Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking, referrals). Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote BVC services. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Monitor contract status and ensure timely closure of deals. Coordinate with the Marketing team for webinars, events, and promotional campaigns. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Customer Care Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Handle client inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues. Collect client feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting Responsibilities

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline status and performance metrics. Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or certification industry. Experience in handling full sales cycles from lead generation to closing is a plus.

Technical and Professional Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure. Good time management and organizational skills.
