Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients in IT sectors like product companies, GCCs, startups, SaaS, eCommerce, and IT services; mine existing accounts for additional business.
Recommend tailored recruitment solutions, propose business plans, and achieve targets through proactive social media engagement and market intelligence.
Develop networks for top-quartile IT talent (Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech, Business Leadership); collaborate globally for client/candidate sharing.
Stay ahead of competition, track industry trends, prepare quarterly reports, and support full lifecycle recruitment with diversity focus.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate (any discipline); MBA in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years in Executive Search, Recruitment, or Business Development with proven track record.
Proactive, confident personality; fluent English; strong MS Office and networking skills. Indore location with ties to Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad preferred.
