Business Development Executive CEE/CIS

About the Role The Business Development Executive will acquire new customers as we continue to grow rapidly grow an international business. You'll be responsible for prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market. The role will require close collaboration with the regional sales team to maximise revenue opportunities. Travel will be required to support customers and attend industry events. Responsibilities + Identifying ICP's within your defined territory and building a hypothesis to book meetings + Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, attending events and other creative strategies + Managing inbound leads to close within your defined territory + Gaining a deep understanding of the problems prospects and clients have, why they are important and the value we can provide + Conducting appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations and tender responses + Learning the value proposition and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory + Owning contract negotiation, preparation and closing of sale - this is a full 360 sales role + Keeping up to date with market and developments, such as major regulatory changes, new product offerings and competition + Preparing and maintaining an effective sales territory plan + Keeping an accurate record of all client activity, pipeline and forecasts within Salesforce CRM + Utilising the available Tech stack including SalesForce, Lusha and Gong Requirements + Fluent English, Russian is a plus + Experience in outbound prospecting + 1-2 years of SAAS sales experience (either as an SDR or AE) + Experience of using a sales / qualification methodology such as MEDDDPICC + Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
