**Introduction** Your mission as Business Development Executive is to drive strategic opportunities requiring long-term engagement and creativity in structuring non-traditional business models and partnerships by bringing together IBM Technology, Consulting and Research, with an initial focus on regulated industries and Investment Markets. **Your role and responsibilities** Objective is to accelerate growth by: * Positioning IBM as a trusted partner in advancing national agendas in AI and digital transformation - expanding our influence and global reach * Creating tangible and intangible value through creative structuring and partnerships; and * Leveraging patterns to scale across markets and industries **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Demonstrated success in working with C-level or senior stakeholders on commercial strategy, client adoption, or partnership implementation. * Deep understanding of the market landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environment * Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. * Exceptional operational focus with the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and drive execution * Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
