Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Achievement of personal sales target according to the set budget for both Certification and Training Sales.Manage Key Account relations.Accurately record sales and order information in the CRM(SFDC).Plan, develop, establish, and maintain a database of market information and trends to facilitate strategic decision-making within the businessIdentify, develop, and recommend new business initiatives that will ensure the growth of BSI.Plan, develop, establish, and maintain a database of Competitors' information to ensure the business is aware of competitor informationAccount & opportunity management to develop a solid pipeline.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

5 years B2B sales experienceIdeally, you will be experienced in working in the regulatory &/or certification industry.Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrable self-sufficiency in sales activities.Entrepreneurial relationship and business development skills.Ability to successfully encourage the customers to expand the product range.Ability to develop executive-level relationships and engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient.Able to communicate complex technical issues.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;Management System Certification experience is preferableTraining in sales experience is preferableEnglish is preferable
