Job Purpose:
As a Business Development Executive, in this full-time role based in Adelaide, SA, you will be Reporting directly to the Head of Sales (Cased Goods) Australia, the Business Development Executive (BDE) will be a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, they will also research sales competition.
Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company. Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales. Review clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.You bring the following skills and qualifications:
Proven sales experience or Operational Experience Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management. Computer use competency.
