As a Junior Business Development Executive, you’ll support and grow a portfolio of clients while learning key strategies for long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities

Building and maintaining a profitable customer portfolio

Gaining a strong understanding of client needs and business goals

Responding to sales inquiries and creating tailored solutions

Sourcing product based on client requirements and internal guidelines

Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service

Attending client meetings and representing the company professionally

Reporting market trends and competitor activity

Maintaining accurate records and sales administration

Contributing to strategic account planning

What You Bring to the Role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities Professionalism and a customer-first mindset Comfort with digital tools (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.) Previous experience in sales or client service is an asset – but not required Location: Barrie, ON  Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day shifts only Type: Full-time, permanent Compensation: $45,000 base + commission
