Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Sathorn, Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:15
Open to Thai nationals or candidates with full working rights in Thailand ONLY
Develop and execute product strategies, including market entry plans, product sourcing, and promotion.
Analyze market trends, conduct product and competitor benchmarking, and support sales pipeline development.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop competitive sales strategies and plans.
Coordinate with suppliers on technical documentation and support to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct product knowledge training for internal teams and customers.
Support overall business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/engineering products.
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical components, automation systems, or industrial equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings/specs and communicate with engineering teams.
Proficient in English; other languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) are a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
Familiarity with CRM tools, ISO, and industrial safety standards is an advantage.
