Business Development Coordinator (Hybrid)About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team and deliver exceptional customer support from point of sale through product delivery and invoicing. As the primary post-sales contact for a designated customer base, you’ll manage the entire order-to-cash process, resolve issues quickly, and ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re customer-centric, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

ResponsibilitiesServe as a customer advocate, ensuring requirements are met and expectations exceeded.Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers.Resolve customer issues related to pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, and shipments.Address and document complaints, determining resolution status.Support inside sales for transactional customers at approved pricing.Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED 4+ years of experience post sales experience Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects (BOBJ), and/or Visio.Nice to have: SAP ERP or CRM (or similar)Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lithia, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.59 - $27.59/hr.
