We are looking for a proactive Business Development Consultant who will be at the forefront of growth—turning prospects into loyal clients and driving high-impact recruitment opportunities across mid- to senior-level roles. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on execution: building meaningful client relationships, influencing key decision-makers, and navigating the recruitment journey from lead to placement. Ideal candidates are ambitious, persuasive, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, delivering exceptional results and shaping business success. With a proven track record in B2B sales and recruitment, ideally with 3–7 years of experience driving new client acquisition and managing mid- to senior-level talent placements. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to finalizing job orders. You should have excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills, be able to work independently as well as with internal teams, and be eager to explore new markets and consistently grow the business. A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, providing a strong foundation for strategic business development and client management.
