This position monitors market trends to inform strategic decisions, and ensures that business development activities align with organizational goals This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and negotiating contracts. **The value you'll bring to the team:** Maintains knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, advertising, consumer loyalty programs, and technology, making strategic recommendations to leadership. Plans, directs, and implements community-based and partner events, identifying strategic relationships to build the AdventHealth brand. Manages the development and execution of marketing materials and content, ensuring adherence to brand standards and leveraging creative services and vendors. Conducts market research projects related to market, brand, key service lines, and strategy development, working closely with the market research team. Develops and executes annual marketing and business development plans and budgets to achieve branding, volume, market share, and service line goals.
