Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients. Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools.2. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstration
Conduct sales presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.3. Account Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the point of contact for client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Monitor personal performance against KPIs and take proactive measures to improve results.5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and product performance.6. Sales Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.7. Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning.Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
