Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer Industrial Boilers to join our team in Midrand, South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market share in the industrial boiler sector, with a focus on steam and hot water systems.

Analyze markets requirementsCollect product specifications according to local regulations for South-Africa and Southern African countriesDefine missing products / feedback to Plant in GermanyCoordinate central/local product promotions and ensure successful implementationSupport professional launch of new productsNew product and promotional products planningUser focused activities: Implement and coordinate key professional management, coordinate brand events and trainingSales
Search for leads to generate offers in Southern AfricanResponsible for sales & business development activities for assigned Bosch solution portfolioMeet or exceed sales targets and assigned strategic account objectivesResponsible for acquiring new customers and relationshipsEstablish and manage relationships with client C-level executives, with an objective to drive sales initiatives and go-to-market plan to complement and support Bosch industrial boiler business around Product Engineering, Software Platforms and IoT solutionsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefingsService and after-sales:
Drive after sales Transformation opportunities with customers leveraging Bosch suite of solutions and servicesCollaborate with diverse teams to develop a deep understanding of markets / customers, work with Boschteams globally, and help build right set of services and business modelsProspect and qualify opportunities for consulting servicesSupport Regional Marketing plan – Communication, Event ParticipationBuild a strong internal network and align with key players to support the delivery of projects to customers
and execute dealsWork with support teams to manage operational issues such as fulfillment, partner relationships, legal,
billing and other compliance related topicsSupport market research activities to gain better understanding about user behavior and competitionDevelop proposals, contract negotiations, MSA and closure, either in the capacity of assisting a larger team
or as an individual contributor
Reporting:
Perform quantitative analysis, and report on monthly basis sales KPICRM completion and reporting to HoD.Place / Distribution
Coordinate sell out in available distribution channelsSupport sales team in the management of regional/national key accounts: multiples and key professionals.Liaise between regional accounts and local sales teams. Coordinate Bosch policy towards these key accounts.Qualifications
Requirements
MatricDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or Business Administration with emphasis on salesMaster’s degree would be an advantageFluent in English on a professional levelFrench & German language skills would be an advantageExperience
