Domain Research Innovation&Developpt, Sales Type of contract Regular position Experience Minimum 3 years Context & Environment The position operates within a competitive and technically demanding Heavy Duty market, involving OEM, independent, rental, public sector, and industrial customer segments.The role requires both internal and external interactions, supporting cross‑functional alignment and market engagement.Creating new solutions to address market or customer challengesStrict implementation of instructions where requiredOptimizing processes to improve business performanceHigh‑level communication skillsInfluencing and convincing abilitiesStrong negotiation skills (Level 3) Activities Drive sales performance (Tons & GMVC) of HD products & services across the U.S. affiliate.Grow partnerships with major non‑OEM Key Accounts (SPD/IAM, Public Works, Agri, Rental Companies).Steer HD product & service strategy (ANAC, pricing, TMI, product range, competitive analysis).Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors, and CO₂‑related regulations.Build and maintain reporting for HD customers and contribute to BU & LTP processes.Collaborate closely with:Sales & Technical Support teamsTIP & ANAC teamsMarketing, Communications, & Training teams to expand HD visibility and capabilitiesSupport HD presence at major U.S. expos, events, and workshops.HD Sales Volumes across the U.S. affiliate: 5KTHD GMVC (Gross Margin Value Contribution): $1.5M per yearUsed Oil Analyses (ANAC): 1,000 analyses per year Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree + 5 years minimum experience in HD segment

This position requires a strong appetite for technical (products, engines) applications and to be methodical, well organized

This position has to develop with customers and prospects (negotiation skills and experience) AND works closely with the sales team and Management. Strong soft skills are needed to drive the business and mobilize the needed resources across the organization. Leadership, ability to take initiative and charism are expected for being successful   

Fluent in English

At least 5 years experience in the HD segment as management
