Business Developer

Airswift are currently recruiting for a Business Developer to support a leading Developer of Offshore & Onshore Energy projects

 

The role focuses on expanding solar product sales across B2C, B2B, and e-commerce channels, specifically focussed on the provision of Solar Energy solutions to locations without direct access to Electricity.

 

Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth across service station networks and distributor channels Develop and execute commercial action plans for cash and credit sales Prospect and manage B2B relationships in key segments Launch and scale e-commerce initiatives across multiple countries Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking Define product offerings, pricing strategies, and merchandising tools Manage distributor relationships and provide technical support Support subsidiary sales teams through training and performance monitoring

 

Requirements:

Proven expertise in sales performance and sales force management, ideally in developing countries and within the energy access sector Experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments Bilingual in English and French
