Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end relationship management with strategic marketplace sellers in the supermarket and drugstore segments
- Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve growth targets and increase seller's catalog and selection
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing sellers (farming) and potential new sellers (hunting)
- Drive complex commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships to expand marketplace selection
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key sellers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and growth of key sellers
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including GMV growth, selection expansion, and seller satisfaction
- Implement and adapt business strategies based on insights provided by the analytics team
