This includes manager of manager duties, people leadership, forecasting, demand / supply, training, education and the successful monitoring of delivery assignments across the portfolio. The candidate should have experience working on microsoft technology and working in a consulting environment. **Required technical and professional expertise** The ideal candidate should have - Experience in managing teams of 30+ in a leader of leader scenario and direct people leadership - Experience in one or more microsoft technologies with Microsoft certification preferred. - Experience in managing a portfolio of delivery projects across multiple industries with people in different technical experience and backgrounds - Experience in managing Supply and Demand of people and resources from week to week in order to drive delivery and utilisation - Working with people and leaders to grow the practice and build deep engagement across Australia - Work with universities, recruitment, graduates and staff to develop pipeline of talent for future growth. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Microsoft Certification - Azure IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
